IFA firms crowdsource tech app

IFA firm Informed Choice is partnering with web development firm Codepotato to crowdsource a technology solution for IFA firms.

The project aims to bring a further five IFA firms on board in order to fund the development of Filehaven; an app which will combine a secure online document library with encrypted client messaging and a factfinding tool. Informed Choice managing director Martin Bamford said: "We identified a secure online document store, messaging and dynamic factfinding system as something that could drive a lot of efficiency savings into the business.
