Financial advisory group and consolidator Perspective Financial is seeking admission to float on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) stock exchange in a move it says will raise gross proceeds of £28m.
The group, which now provides independent advice to some 84,000 private clients and about 500 corporate pension customers following more than 30 acquisitions, said it would use the capital to fund further buys, reduce costs and repay some existing bank debt. Perspective influences more than £2.5bn of client assets and posted revenues of £20.5m in 2012.
