Hornbuckle Mitchell poaches French from Pointon York

Pension provider Hornbuckle Mitchell has recruited Pointon York Sipp Solutions managing director Jo French to the position of managing director of operations and client experience.

French will join the firm in the thrid quarter of this year. The company has also appointed Bob Adams to the role of managing director of infrastructure. He joins from UBS Global Asset Management where he was global chief information officer. French will report to Adams. The company has also confirmed that sales and marketing director Mary Stewart left Hornbuckle in April. There was considerably speculation that she planned to leave prior to the event and she will not be replaced.
