Hornbuckle Mitchell to launch e-SIPP

Hornbuckle Mitchell is developing an online SIPP to be launched in late 2012 or early 2013.

The provider has hired former Aviva marketing manager Alasdair McSporran to lead the development of the e-SIPP. Stewart Dick, head of sales, said: "We are delighted to welcome Alasdair on board. "The SIPP market has enjoyed widespread growth, as has the SSAS market, albeit on a lesser scale. Hornbuckle Mitchell is always looking at new ways to offer advisers the most comprehensive range of options available." Hornbuckle said adviser expectations and needs will shape the new e-SIPP.
