Rex Cowley, one of the original pioneers in the QROPS market, has left Kleinwort Benson, which recently acquired the Close Offshore Group, where Cowley had overall responsibility for product and marketing strategy across the international division.
It is understood that Cowley will be establishing a niche freelance consultancy practice with a strong focus on providing industry and client insight to the wealth sector, assistance with product development and the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies and market research.
