In an unprecedented move, the Isle of Man Bankers' Association (IOMBA) has voted Mark Waterhouse, Chief Executive Officer of Zurich Bank International, to be appointed President for a second term of office.
As founding member of the Association in 2000, Waterhouse took up the office of President in its inaugural year. Now, he's agreed to take on the role again - in this instance, succeeding John Coyle, Chief Executive Officer of Standard Bank. Waterhouse, who is Chief Executive Officer of Zurich Bank International, paid tribute to the "unstinting hard work and commitment shown by John Coyle during his two year term of office.
