Moneygate acquires Sheffield-based IFA

Moneygate Group has acquired Sheffield-based IFA Results Financial in a further expansion of its national footprint.

The acquisition of Results Financial, which has a current turnover of £1.6m and a team of 16 advisers, takes the number of Moneygate advisers to 120 and increases the national IFA's funds under influence by £250m. Results Financial, founded in 1998 by managing director Mike Bell, has a presence across South Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Bedfordshire. Bell now takes up a divisional director role within Moneygate.
