Law Commission report on Adult Social Care lauded

The Commission's report, "Adult Social Care", has been praised by both the Association of British Insurers (ABI) and long term care financial product providers Partnership. The Law commission aims that , under the reforms, older people, disabled people, those with mental health problems and carers will be clear about their legal rights to care and support services.
