Deutsche Bank launches global real estate ETF

Db x-trackers has unveiled an ETF on the London Stock Exchange tracking the performance of equity Reits and listed property companies from around the world.

The provider says its FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate ETF offers a diverse representation of the international real estate market by geography and property type, covering both developed and developing markets. The fund takes a market cap-weighted FTSE index as its underlying, and is designed to complement db x-trackers' offerings on the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Eurozone Real Estate and Developed Europe Real Estate indices.
