Paradigm to launch benefits software exclusive to IFAs

Paradigm Pensions is working with benefits software provider Staffcare to create a web-based benefits package for employees and employers, available only through IFAs.

The package, which will go live on Paradigm Pensions founder Steve Bee's Jargon Free Pensions website at the end of September, aims to improve how employees access information and make decisions about their pay and benefits. "While pensions, and the people that own them, have changed a great deal over the years the way that employers and pension providers communicate about them has not," Bee says.
