Vanguard is planning to boost its index-tracker range in the US, with the launch of 19 new index funds and ETF shares.
The firm says it will also launch ETF shares of its flagship Vanguard 500 index fund, which invests in the largest 500 stocks in the US market Vanguard's ETFs are designed as separate share classes of its index funds offering. The latest range includes 15 US equity index funds for institutions, investing in the S&P 500 Value index, S&P 500 Growth index, S&P Mid-Cap 400 index and a value version of this benchmark.
