Source has unveiled a range of four Market Quartile ETFs, following the success of the firm's European Optimised Sector funds.
The Market Quartile ETFs allow investors to employ market cycle-driven investments, based on the underlying company's correlation to economic cycles and consumer behaviour. The funds are based on Stoxx indices, which connect certain industry classification benchmark (ICB) sub-sectors to one of the market quartiles. For example, the consumer staples sub-sector covers shares of companies that produce or trade goods in all economic cycles, such as food and beverage companies.
