Global X files for Brazil sector funds

New York-based ETF provider Global X has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to launch six ETFs tracking Brazil.

The new range includes the Global X Brazil Consumer fund, Financials fund, Industrials fund, Materials fund, Utilities fund and Mid Cap fund. The ETFs are due to be listed on NYSE Arca, although no fees have yet been stated. The underlying Solactive indices are free float adjusted, market capitalisation weighted benchmarks designed to measure the respective sectors of the Brazilian economy.
