ETFlab unveils mortgage bond fund

ETFlab has unveiled a fund tracking mortgage bonds on the Xetra platform of the Deutsche Boerse.

The iBoxx Eur Liquid Germany Covered Diversified Asset Class: Bond index ETF is based on the respective Markit index covering German mortgage bonds. The index comprises up to 30 liquid bonds with a minimum issue volume of one billion euros and can include up to four bonds per issuer. The maximum weighting per issuer is also limited to 15%. The ETF, which has a management fee of 0.09%, brings the total number of exchange-listed index funds on the XTF segment of the Deutsche Boerse to 550. ETFlab Investment is a subsidiary of DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale.
