Vanguard expands bond index fund offering

The funds, which have expense ratios of 0.15%, track Barclays Capital indices comprising bonds of varying maturities. The range includes the Vanguard Short-Term Government Bond index fund, which replicates the Barclays Capital US 1-3 Year Government Float Adjusted index.
