Chartwell to launch SIPP

Chartwell is set to launch a SIPP powered by Fundsdirect within the next couple of months.

Chartwell SIPP, a direct-to-consumer offering, is due to launch in January on the company's Investor Centre platform and will be powered by Fundsdirect. Speaking to IFA Online, Chartwell Direct director Rob Hudson says the firm is now putting the finishing touches to the SIPP. "This uses our model portfolio capability to offer a product straight to the consumer and provides an opportunity for discretionary fund managers," he explains.
