Le Beau picks up his MBE

Peter Le Beau, co-author of the Protection Review and founder of the Income Protection Task Force (IPTF) received his MBE for services to insurance and to charity at a ceremony on 5 November.

The managing director of independent consultancy Le Beau Visage has spent 30 years in the life and health insurance industry. Le Beau began his career at Commercial Union (later Norwich Union) before moving on to British and European and, later, Swiss Re, where he began as head of underwriting and finished as head of UK marketing. He set up Le Beau Visage in 2001 and, four years later, the IPTF.
