Direxion Funds has released two Direxion Daily Shares 3x ETFs, comprising leveraged bull and bear funds tracking the MSCI US Reit index. The Direxion Daily Real Estate Bull 3x Shares provides three times the daily performance of the underlying index, while the Direxion Daily Real Estate Bear provides three times the daily inverse performance. The MSCI US Reit index represents approximately 85% of the US real estate investment trust universe.
