Deutsche Bank unveils inaugural ETF range in Hong Kong

Deutsche Bank has listed its first range of six db x-trackers ETFs on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The range provides exposure to international, regional and emerging markets. The ETFs track the MSCI USA TRN index, the FTSE/Xinhua China 25 index, the S&P CNX Nifty index, the MSCI Korea TRN index, the Taiwan TRN index and the FTSE Vietnam index. Db x-trackers global head Thorsten Michalik says: "I expect that investors here will come to view ETFs in much the same way as they do with other asset classes such as equities and fixed income - that is, as an essential part of their investment portfolio."
