LV= MM team backs in-house European ex UK fund

LV Asset Management (LVAM) multi-manager team has added the LV= European ex UK Growth fund to its entire Managed Portfolio range.

The fund has been part of LVAM's Balanced Managed and Stockmarket fund range since their launch at the end of 2007. LVAM's head of multi-manager and fund selection, Tom Caddick, says he added the fund due to its consistency in all market conditions. However, he admits using one LVAM's own funds could present a bigger obstacle than using outside funds. "To own an internally run fund there is almost a slightly higher hurdle," he says.
