L&G to run £400m B&B multi-manager portfolio

L&G has been chosen to manage Bradford & Bingley's £400m multi-manager investment portfolio.

Two new funds, Multi-manager Growth Trust and Income Trust will replace vehicles from AXA Framlington. From July 14, Bradford & Bingley customers will be able to receive advice from L&G's tied advisers, with their investments held on the Investment Portfolio Service platform. Andrew Stead, head of wealth at Bradford & Bingley, said he was impressed by L&G's competitive charging structure, which is based on the performance of the trusts.
