SANTANDER Asset Management has changed the management of two of its UK funds.
Richard Moore has taken over management of Abbey National UK Growth, aided by analysis and resource of the group’s UK equity team. Moore was previously at Old Mutual Asset Management, where he was head of the UK large cap desk, and manager for the UK Select Equity and Large Cap funds. UK Growth, which currently has around 168,000 investors, was fourth quartile in the year to July 4, 2007, with growth of 14pc, according to Lipper.
