Double fund launch for Taylor Young

TAYLOR Young has launched an international equity and UK aggressive best ideas style fund.

The strategies used on the funds have been in place for some time in private client portfolios. The fund manager said the decision to unitise them as UCITS III OEICs reflected demand from fund clients for products covering the risk spectrum and a need for greater tax efficiency for some private clients. Taylor Young International Equity will be managed by Peter Thomson, chief executive and chief investment officer of the firm. It will be benchmarked two-thirds against the FTSE All Share and one third the FTSE World ex-UK. A minimum of 60pc of the portfolio will be held in UK companies...
