WINTERTHUR Life has unveiled a new range of trusts offering both bare and discretionary options for use with its investment bond.

The revamped range of trusts aims to cover the diverse needs of top-end investors which will help advisers in selecting the best trust and tax advice for clients. A discounted gift trust, gift trust, loan trust and will trust with discretionary wording and a discounted gift trust, loan trust and gift trust with bare wordings are now available. Under the discretionary trust wording no beneficiaries are entitled to a current right to income and the trustees can choose the recipients of benefits.
