Metlife plans sales force expansion

MetLife Europe is planning the next stage of its recruitment drive for 2009 having now doubled its sales force.

The retirement and savings group aims to create around 30 new positions by the start of next year, building on the launch of its NEW Retirement Portfolio, which it claims is the first personal pension to offer capital and income guarantees. The sales force now comprises around 40 sales consultants. The next stage of the recruitment drive will seek experienced sales consultants whilst also investing in training and development for graduates.
