Bradbury Hamilton says paraplanners key to IFA survival

Bradbury Hamilton has highlighted the benefits paraplanners can provide firms with the day-to-day administration duties.

Managing director Sheriar Bradbury asserted that paraplanners are the key to a successful professional firm, and dismissed what he believed to be a commonly-held opinion that they are too costly. He said: "An experienced paraplanner can take on other roles such as running investment review services and managing junior staff, all in all, they are seriously underutilised.
