Advisers content with serivce from life & pension providers

The independent study crowned Just Retirement the leading provider, sitting in the top spot for the third Index running, while Legal & General now occupies second position and Standard Life has risen to third. On average there was a net increase in index scores while the general consensus on the sector as a whole was that the improvements reported by Sesame earlier this year have been maintained, with 36pc of respondents scoring overall service as 'good' or 'excellent' (compared to 37pc last time).
