1ST - The Exchange has expanded its Exweb online equity release service to include a new home reversion product from specialist provider Neville James Equity Release.

This will give Exweb users instant online quotes both for Neville James' existing home reversion products and the new plan, the Neville James Opportunity Plan, which is provided by Living Plus Limited - a Milton Homes company. Key benefits of the new Neville James plan, eligible for clients age 65+, are that there is no arrangement fee, no valuation fee (typically £95 contribution refundable on completion), and it is provided by a SHIP member.
