KNIGHT Frank is to launch a C share issue on the Rutley European Property company in a bid to raise up to £200m.
C Shares allotted under the offer for subscription will be eligible for transfer into an ISA, PEP, SSAS or SIPP for retail investors. The minimum investment is £1000 and the offer closes at 5pm on December 8. Rutley European Property (REPL) is a European commercial real estate investment company managed by Rutley Capital Partners which is owned by Knight Frank. The company is also applying to list on the London and Channel Islands Stock Exchanges at the same time as the share issue.
