Berkeley James targets HNW clients with new structured fund

Berkeley James has launched a non-regulated structured investment product aimed at IFA's with high net worth clients.

The CentrePointe Development-Berkeley James fund provides investors with an opportunity to invest in a portfolio providing 12pc income per annum with a guaranteed capital return plus an average of 12pc of the fund's profits at the end of three years. The commission offering is slightly different to other funds of this investment type in that commission is not taken from the client's investment but is paid by surplus profits already made. This ensures that 100pc of the clients investment is fully committed to the fund. Commission is paid on a sliding scale up to 5pc of the total investment...
