Jupiter seeks £75m through C share issue

JUPITER Green Investment Trust is seeking to raise up to £75m through a C share issue.

The board of the trust said the proposed fund raising was in response to strong demand from investors for access to the trust in the 12 months since it was launched. Jupiter said that since launch to the 28th May, the undiluted net asset value per share had risen from 97.07p to 126.9p. Perry Crosthwaite, chairman of the trust, said: “Jupiter Green has performed very well in the first year of its life and this, combined with the growing interest in green investing, has resulted in strong demand from investors.
