Standard Life wraps up fund details

Standard Life's wrap platform offers users access to 750 investment funds from 46 fund managers in its launch phase but will expand the service to include further names will be added as the platform develops.

Few people have so far seen how the Standard Life wrap platform looks and performs, as at this stage, just 250 investment intermediaries have access to the Standard Life wrap platform. The life insurer is keen to ensure a phased roll-out of the new technology to the intermediary sector, so it can bed down and usage be assessed before the gradual rollout to the wider market.
