Sir David Frost to back new property fund - papers 6th May

THE BIG NEWS in the national press this morning is of course the results of yesterday's general election, which so far reduces the Labour Party's majority in the House of Commons to just 66 seats.

ELSEWHERE IN business news, Sir David Frost is to head a commercial property fund worth up to £500m being launched next week, says this morning’s Times. Presenter of BBC’s Breakfast with Frost is working with Active Asset Investment Management (aAIM), which has already set up a number of property funds with sports personalities, including Sir Alex Ferguson, and Nicholas Cowell, whose brother Simon features in the Pop Idol television shows.
