Royal Liver launches relationship-based website

Progress from Royal Liver has re-launched its website to enable different types of advisers and users to easily access the information they want, based on their relationship they have with the provider.

Picking up the growing internet trend of website customisation - where users can select only the content they want to see - Royal Liver has reformed the look of its site to reflect their specific information needs. The 'quick links’ section on the left-hand side of the site allows users to select from ‘I am’ and ‘I want’ drop down menus, which means IFAs who already use the provider’s protection service on a frequent basis will be given a different experience to those who have never used it before.
