IFAonline has been inundated with responses to the ABI report on customer service, a selection of which were posted today while a new batch will be posted tomorrow.

We're thrilled to have received so much feedback from our readers, however we're struggling to cope with the number of comments arriving so we respectively request you post any new comments on the IFAonline discussion boards, as a new discussion thread. Focusing attention on posting all of your messages for the benefit of other readers may detract from the quality of IFAonline's own customer service, and we wish to maintain the goodwill and polite responses we have already received about the coverage of this and other news stories.
