Friends Prov offers IFAs protection selling tips

Friends Provident has launched an online toolkit it says will help advisers enhance their protection selling skills.

The Selling Techniques Toolkit gives advisers access to a variety of tools, tips and techniques to help them sell protection "more efficiently". It also provides support materials for those already active in the market, including quick links to the latest online seminars, podcasts, and downloadable sales aids. "Within the current climate, going back to the basics of selling can sometimes be the most effective way of generating more sales and maximising on the income that could be available," Friends Provident head of protection Mark Jones says.
