Scottish Provident International (SPILA) has launched an online client centre to enable its policyholders to access information regarding their policy when they need it.
The client centre provides up-to-date portfolio valuations, policy summaries, premium payment information and the policyholder’s registered IFA contact details. The provider says its client centre offers an alternative method of answering routine request such as current policy valuations, leaving more free time for other client queries. It will, says SPI, also provide an effective way of communicating with customers with new and information regularly updated on the home page of the client centre.
