Consumer satisfaction with IFAs reaches new high

Satisfaction levels among consumers meeting an IFA after using Unbiased.co.uk's adviser search service have reached their highest since 2000, according to the website.

Unbiased.co.uk’s survey of 800 users shows 86% found the meeting either very or fairly satisfactory. The satisfaction level has hit its highest since 2000's total of 81%. A total of 56% found the meeting very satisfactory while 30% felt fairly satisfied. Around 65% of Unbiased.co.uk’s hotline callers found the meeting very satisfactory while 21% felt fairly satisfied. A further 90% found the information received from Unbiased.co.uk’s IFA search service helpful. Consumers can search for an IFA by location, specialisation, qualifications and gender.
