IMA launches Absolute Return sector

The IMA has today launched an Absolute Return sector which will initially house 17 absolute alpha vehicles.

Available to both UK and overseas domiciled funds which are UK registered and holding distributor status, the IMA says the new sector will be defined as: “Funds managed with the aim of delivering absolute (i.e. more than zero) returns in any market conditions.” The initial funds in the sector are: UK Absolute Insight Morley Diversified Strategy Blackrock UK Absolute Alpha Henderson Credit Alpha Henderson Emerging Market Debt Absolute Return Overseas Absolute Insight Currency Absolute Insight Emerging Market Debt Absolute Insight Europe Equity Market Neutr...
