Managing Partners Limited (MPL) has today launched a property fund to take advantage of bargains that can be gained from forced sales.
The British Property Opportunities Fund will invest in both commercial and residential property, including distressed portfolios, high yield rental units, developments, leasebacks and reversionary gains schemes, with a 10% annual return target.
