FSA adds workshops to surgery schedule

The FSA is hosting a number of free roadshows later this month aimed at financial and mortgage advisers and general insurance brokers.

The events will take place from between June 19 and 21 in Birmingham and Liverpool and aim to help small firms understand common areas which are currently topical and relevant to them. They are run by FSA staff who supervise small firms and are a high-level view of topical issues and findings from recent FSA work. They will also cover Treating Customers Fairly and principles-based regulation. The roadshows will precede a number of free FSA surgeries for advisers and brokers in Cheltenham on 17 July, Gloucester on 18 July and Swindon on 19 July. The FSA says the roadshows and surgerie...
