Skandia adds Impax offering to ethical MM fund

Skandia Investment Management (SIML) as added the Impax Environmental Markets fund to its ethical multi-manager offering.

The Impax fund is the fifth mandate added to the £108m SIML Ethical fund, accounting for 7% of the total portfolio. Managed by Bruce Jenkyn-Jones and Ian Simm, the Ireland-domiciled Environmental Markets fund targets companies in cleaner and more efficient basic services such as energy, water, and waste. Skandia says its Ethical fund is subject to a constant independent screening process by Ethical Screening, ensuring it conforms to the criteria.
