Axa Investment Managers (Axa IM) has restructured its Fixed Income Division, headed up by Theo Zemek.
The company has split its Fixed Income Division into two teams; interest rates and asset allocation and a panel of credit specialists. The move will help AXA take advantage of the markets as they evolve and enhance investment performance, AXA says. Chris Iggo, currently UK senior strategist, has been appointed CIO of Fixed Income. He will also head up the interest rate team. The credit team will be divided into US credit and credit ex-US.
