New Star names Greg Jones MD of international funds

New Star has appointed Greg Jones as managing director of its international fund business.

Jones’ new role will commence from 1 September 2008. He will also continue with his sales director responsibilities in the UK and report directly to Mark Skinner, managing director of New Star Investment Funds. Skinner says: “Greg’s wealth of experience in UK and international fund markets will help New Star to continue to expand its international offering.” Jones says: “I am looking forward to playing a larger role in the continued development of New Star’s international fund business and working alongside some of the industry’s most professional and well-respected individuals.” ...
