Free IT guides from Standard Life

Standard Life has published the first in a series of reference guides to information technology for IFAs.

The first guide, available now, is focused on hardware such as laptops, desktops, PDAs, scanners and printers. Subsequent guides from the provider will focus on areas such as back-office systems, research technology and ecommerce marketing. Standard Life says the guides will form a “reference library” of seven guides available free to advisers, including a ring-binder. Some 15,000 copies will be distributed by the company’s sales people, although free copies are available online at www.ifazone.com. IFAonline
