Advisers snap up JPMAM recession guide

Over 10,000 IFAs have downloaded JPMAM's Recession Pack in the past six weeks, the asset manager says.

The pack offers tips on how to cut costs, maintain profit margins, diversify their client base and improve client communication. It also includes advice from four well-known UK IFAs who have successfully emerged from previous recessions. The firm notes guides like this are useful after recent research from business analysts Plimsoll found more than 160 out of 1,341 IFA firms in the UK will struggle to cope in the recession.
