Online yield tool from Selestia

Wrap provider Selestia is offering a new tool for calculating income yields from portfolios, which should speed up the process of smoothing income over the year and eliminate the time-consuming process of entering manual calculations.

Yield Investor is intended to be used by advisers constructing client portfolios focused on income, taking account of risk levels and income targets required by clients. The tool enables month-by-month plotting of forecast yields, adjusted for tax rates and asset allocation. Users can “back-test” their investment selections using Selestia’s existing P-Scan portfolio construction tool and generate reports for clients.
