Is anyone else confused by what is going on with the housing market?
What exactly is going on with house prices at the moment? And how all of a sudden do there seem to be more first-time buyers around than there have been for ages? It would not be that surprising to discover you're feeling a little confused lately and not sure what 2006 is going to bring. If so, I would sympathise greatly because there appears to be a seemingly unending stream of research continually telling us often wildly different things about the state of the housing market.
