Norwich Union is launching a new healthcare extranet next week which combines IFA sales and marketing support with a ‘virtual doctor’ and a guide on NHS waiting list times. Called the Healthcare Zone, this new site houses the Healthcare Sales Bureau which is designed to combine useful data for IFAs and brokers researching, explaining and marketing protection products, such as income protection, with documents on products, marketing tips and statistics on protection products.
