Axa IM appoints investment trusts manager

Axa Investment Managers has appointed Neil Winward as business development manager of investment trusts.

He joins from RCM, the equity platform for Allianz Global Investors, where he spent three and a half years as a product specialist for investment trusts. Winward previously worked as an investment manager at Morgan Stanley Quilter's institutional fund management team and at the City of London Investment Group. At Axa he provides the primary point of contact for advisers and shareholders and develops closed-ended products. He reports to the investment manager’s head of UK retail sales, Rob Bailey.
